2011-2012, the year (really about 8 month period) in which I recorded this album, was a year filled with everything from new opportunities to crushing disappointment. I hope that the music here reflects those emotions and many more. Newly influenced by singer-songwriters like Paul Simon and my musical hero Bob Dylan, I strove to create an album that was more consistent and listenable than my past work. For this reason I would like to consider this to be my first REAL album- everything else was just a warm-up. I hope that you enjoy this album as much as I enjoyed making it.
